These Terms govern the relationship between you and WebDesignBase LLC, 11426 Persimmon Gap, San Antonio, TX 78245, EIN 82-4617293. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
WebDesignBase provides digital web design and development services including custom website design, e-commerce design and build, Webflow development, UI prototyping, website redesign, and website maintenance. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
A contract is formed on payment confirmation. Design work begins after payment is received and the project brief is completed. Proposals are valid for 14 days from issue date.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you authorize the charge to your payment method.
Launch package: 7-business-day standard timeline. Growth package: 5-business-day priority timeline. Scale package: timeline agreed at brief stage. Rush add-on reduces certain build stages for qualifying scopes. Timelines begin from the date the completed project brief is received and approved, not from payment date. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays.
Revision rounds are as stated per package: Launch (3 rounds), Growth (unlimited). Feedback must be provided in writing to qualify as a revision round. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work begins.
All intellectual property in the final delivered files transfers to the client on receipt of full payment. WebDesignBase retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a separate NDA has been agreed.
Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
