Most businesses do not need a lot from their website each month. They need to know it is backed up, they need to update a team member photo occasionally, they need someone to fix things when they break. That is what the monthly plan covers.
The two included edit hours each month handle most routine changes: a new staff member, updated pricing, a revised service description, a new location added to a map. Larger changes are quoted separately at the hourly rate.
A website that is not maintained degrades. Plugins fall out of date. Hosting configurations change. Browser updates break things. The certificate expires and Google marks the site as insecure. None of this is dramatic when caught early; all of it is expensive and embarrassing when it is not. Monthly care is cheaper than emergency fixes.
An edit hour is 60 minutes of our time on your site. Content changes, image updates, form adjustments, minor layout tweaks. Not platform migrations or new feature development.
Additional hours are billed at our standard hourly rate. We will always let you know before working beyond the included hours.
