All WebDesignBase services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped to any address.
All design and development deliverables are sent via email or secure file transfer link. Figma source files are shared via Figma workspace access. Built websites are delivered via staging URL for review before launch. A Loom walkthrough video is included with every project delivery.
Standard delivery includes: Figma source files (shared via Figma), PDF exports, PNG exports at 1x and 2x, SVG exports for vector assets. Additional formats may be requested before project start at no extra cost where practical.

Timelines begin from the date the completed brief is received and approved. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline due to our error, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable extension, you are entitled to a full refund.
