Full refund if you cancel before we send the project brief template. Contact hello@webdesignbase.com with your order reference within 24 hours of payment.
Approximately 80% refund if work has not progressed past the research stage. Approximately 50% refund if the first design draft has been prepared but not delivered. No refund once the first design draft is delivered.
If a delivered project does not meet the agreed brief, contact us within 14 days of delivery with specific written feedback. We will address demonstrable errors within the included revision rounds. If issues are clearly our fault and cannot be corrected, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Email hello@webdesignbase.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Add-on services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable once sent. Consulting hours are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
